Art direction for Cactus Jack’s visual world and physical experience at ComplexCon. The system spanned iconography, a bespoke cipher, typography, on-site graphics, and sculptural objects, built within a future shaped by ruin, scale, and pressure. Brutalist and industrial in spirit, the work treated the environment as infrastructure not décor, using mass, proportion, and material to communicate power, control, and permanence.
